Are
Family and Workforce Centers of America (FWCA) was established in 2011 with a clear mission: to help families thrive and become self-sufficient through access to meaningful workforce development and supportive services.

FWCA began as a response to the growing need for a more inclusive approach to economic empowerment—one that recognizes the connection between stable families and a strong regional economy. From day one, we focused on serving the unemployed, underemployed, and displaced workers with dignity, practical training, and hands-on support.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our programs to include job placement, family assessments, transportation assistance, career coaching, and financial literacy for both youth and adults. Through strategic partnerships locally, nationally, and globally, we continue to evolve—reaching more individuals and impacting entire communities.

What started as a small initiative has grown into a trusted community resource, dedicated to creating pathways to opportunity and long-term success.

FWCA’s history is built on resilience, service, and the unwavering belief that when families are supported, they rise—and take their communities with them.
