Adult, Youth, Family, and Training Services
Your New Career and Future is Waiting on YOU
FWCA utilizes an Integrated Service Delivery Model (ISDM) to implement our mission. We incorporate youth, families and companies who are searching for general or specific employment, training or supportive services.
FWCA provides academic mentoring, tutoring, and financial literacy and education in our list of supportive services. Additionally, we provide employment, entrepreneurship, STEM/Bioscience, healthy marriage/relationships, responsible fatherhood, and second-chance reintegration workshops/trainings.
Since Fall of 2014, Early Explorers Child Development Academy has served 121 children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. In 2015, our goal was to provide health & nutrition and clinical programs to youth and adults. We provide services to veterans and their families through all of our service delivery models. Additionally, we offer pre-employment training services for entry-level positions to employers.
